It was a lovely day and the Fat Controller decided to make his anal appearance with H5. With Rapid already at least half way around the trail, the timetabled departure of the hash arrived and the pack steamed off with Globes as guard.

Adopting the classic 4-8-4 (4 FRB, 8 Pack, 4 Wondering why the hell they came) they headed off in the direction of deepest darkest L*ton, passing through Grove Gardens to the Bus Way, A sad replacement for the once great train transport link.

"I know the way" chirped the cheeky Depth Charge. But he was wrong, instead he headed into the sidings huffing and puffing. Lulu then took the lead only to discover he had a return ticket at the Fire Station.

Meanwhile the trusty hare continued to lay the track, dodging fierce snarling wild animals (a startled fox) before trotting back to the pub to await the 8:30pm from Dunstable.

Sadly the pack were rerouted, not due to engineering works, but by an inability to stick to the trail, causing Delay Repay payments to kick in.

When all returned, An Inspector called the circle and the Secret RA was announced, much to the surprise of Depth Charge. Bangers received his 400 award of new shoes, which he promptly drank from and Lady P announced this anniversary to be "First Class".

As Fat Controller started to tell yarns of meeting fellow train spotters down under, and the sun started to set, it was time for the final flag to be waved and to head off home before the replacement bus service started.
