Answers to those important questions

  1. Will Leroy make the circle? Yes and he played a merry tune for the birthday boy
  2. Will the Count show his card? He was red carded and unable to attend
  3. and most important of all we ask Globes if Rapid is having a birthday, is it a big one? They are all bloody big at my age !

Now that I have recovered from the lurgee and have generously shared with Globes, a few observations on the hash:

This was a birthday trail for me, one I share with Sade, James May and their hash look-a-likes G-String and Private Parts. As I was not feeling tickety-boo (a Count registered word), I was convinced to set the trail semi live so I did not have to run around again. So whilst I was leisurely strolling around, I missed most of the action.

I have been told that I missed Princess Theakston weeing on Globes leg (or was that the new puppy?). I also missed DE trying to pull the man who sold me my MG and I clearly missed the photographic gnome.

However, I did not miss the cake at the end which was enjoyed by all, Forking struggling with his Shakespearen names, or even the fact that newbee Pete made the mistake of wearing new shoes.

It was a great way to say goodbye to my 30's and a special mention to Globes for her wonderful baking which I have just finished off before writing these wurdz.

Don't forget next week is a joint run set by Gorjoyce with our friends at H4 at The Half Moon in Hitchin
