"Anyone drinks, Blow Felt drinks"

A milestone in the history of hashing, not because it was Milton Keynes 28th anniversary (well done to them), but even more importantly, it was a Leroy trail that lasted only just over the hour! With 2 co hares to curb his enthusiasm, Semi and Rapid were able to ensure that the trail headed back before it reached Bletchley.

The trail, as Mini Mo, correctly predicted was always going to head to the woods which Leroy knows like the back of his hands. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the paths leading there, but after some hare confusion the right route was found and into the woods we headed.

The late arriving Cum Dancing forgot all hash etiqutte, referring to real names, for which RA Dave Elliot was later to punish him. Capt F took a while but half way round the trail welcomed our 2 newbees (NOT Father and son) who he had mistaken for MK hashers, which was supported by the fact they hovered around checks looking confused.

Twisting and turning through the woods, with no amensty cards allowed – Count take note, the pack was kept together well whilst all the false trails were checked. Blow Felt was convinced we would head to the big chair (they all seem big to him) but he was wrong, as little used paths returned us to the allotments and then back to the pub.

Whilst Leroy headed off to light the BBQ, a circle was held, hares recognised and wrongdoers punished. Bell End celebrated his 600 MK runs with a beer whilst Forking nursed what appeared to be his swollen plums.

The after BBQ was as enjoyable as always with thanks to Leroy and Mo for hosting.

On On to Silsoe and the Star and Garter next Monday for a Courtesan and Cyclopath trail.
