Well, what a saga and I don't mean Saga holidays, although if I ever contemplate it you have my permission to bring on the euthanasia!! One over-stretched, poorly hare, the other standing on the starting post, waiting for the gun, but there was a problem with the mechanism. So after consulting with our G.M. Capt Fantastic he and Count Road Kill came to the rescue, what heroes!!! They took time out from the dreaded W to lay the trail, which was very dangerously close to another hash group's territory?

Arriving on a lovely sunny afternoon the new hares arrived only to find a trail already in place!! What the — is going on, phone call's were made!! No one knew what was happening, is global warming affecting our brains did we lay a trail and forget we did it, did we do it in our sleep? Well, it was decided it wasn't such a good trail anyway and it should be re-laid!! (oh dear!!)

Time was fast approaching and a strange lot of hashers started to arrive and then circled up at 19.00 and had an AGM right there and then in the pub car park, well that's casual!! So here were the culprits, who were intending to share our trail!! Little devils.

Well things were getting rather interesting, and lots more fun with loads more noisy hashers charging around the countryside in the wonderful evening sunshine. The energy and the humour made the whole affair one to go down in history. May they continue to swell our numbers with their vibrancy.

Posh pub "The Horns" and we made the most of it. Down downs were undertaken and Pongo agreed that it was a jolly run (I tamed that a jot) tee he. Let's do it again and again!!
