Almost 14 years have passed since the first TNM run in January 1998 - but after an interlude of a few years TNM have made it to 100 runs. In celebration of the occasion we had the largest turnout ever for a TNM run (well, certainly since the restart), a barbeque, bonfire and Fireworks. Pecker provided Run100 notepads as a keepsake for each person who attended, and Twiczer brought along biscuits. We had two newies (Viv and Steve) and returnee Count Roadkill - his first with TNM since the restart earlier this year.

PP laid most of a trail around Langford, assisted by newie Steve, although the first section was run without markings (pesky work) - but the flour arrows sufficed until we reached the first check. The second check was a Ladies' check and, as ever Underlay found the right trail to the south across the fields, while the walkers took a short-cut along the road to the former Boot pub.

The final section ran up the river bank to the old mill, and back across the playing fields. On our return we had the bbq - even Double Entry was spotted cooking! Ringer, Lost Cause and Submissive all barbequed. Newie Steve set fire to several things - including Guy Fawkes' mistress Gladys (equal opportunities for flammable effigies) created by Lush. Pecker and Capt'F lit the sky with fireworks while Skippy, Knotch, Splinter and Twiglet enjoyed sparklers.

The first spots of rain arrived mere minutes after the last hashers headed home after a great, fun evening.
